We want our products to genuinely help. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

14-day refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email brightloom96@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy. You don't need to return anything.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

After 14 days

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we don't normally refund after 14 days. If there's a problem with a file, email us and we'll fix it or send a replacement.

Shipping

All products are digital downloads delivered instantly by email and on the confirmation page. Nothing is shipped.
