This policy explains what information Brightloom Studio collects and how we use it. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address and billing details. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or Gumroad). We never see or store your full card number.
When you join our email list: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
When you email us: your email address and your message.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

What you put in our products

Anything you type into our PDFs or spreadsheets stays on your device or in your own Google account. We never receive it.

How we use your information

To deliver your purchase and send receipts.
To answer your questions and process refunds.
To send our emails, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the records the law requires, such as tax records.

We never sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop: our payment provider, our email provider and our website host. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing brightloom96@gmail.com. We keep purchase records only as long as tax laws require.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
